Shipping policy

1. Shipping & Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard shipping Fed Ex(Groundshipping) 3-7 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside the United States

5. Damages
Furmodo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
  1. Check your porch, side door, and with neighbors.
  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early).
  3. Contact us at furhelp@furmodo.shop within 14 days of the "delivery" date.
